Kyle & Trina Vierck

Kyle and Trina began their CrossFit journey together in 2015, walking into their first affiliate (Natural Selection) and onto a path of health and wellness that has now led to the realization of a dream to open their own affiliate. Both have worked extensively throughout their professional careers to serve the needs of others, Trina as a Registered Nurse (BSN, Nursing, WSU) and Kyle as a college soccer coach and athletic administrator (Masters, Organizational Leadership, Gonzaga). With lives dedicated to helping others and their passion for CrossFit, the likelihood of opening an affiliate of their own seemed only a matter of time. Joining them on the affiliate adventure are their daughters, Avery & Callie.
